To Break a Spell

If you feel you have had a spell cast on you, this ritual is perfect to break its hold. The ritual takes seven days to perform and should be begun on a Saturday night, just before midnight.

You will need:
- Three candles (any color, but white or natural beeswax is best)
- A cone of incense (Frankincense works best)
- A lump of black clay

Mold the black clay into a small flat disc or bowl and place the incense cone in the center. Light the incense and wait until the smoke begins to rise. Next, light each candle and place them around the incense to form a triangle.

Visualize the forces of the spell that is disturbing you.

Call upon the spirits of the Seven Winds, by saying:

Spirits of the Seven Winds,
I entreat you,
Rise up against this evil,
Purge it by fire,
Purify and cleanse,
Remove it by your very will,
So let it be done!

Extinguish the incense, or let it burn out. This should be repeated for seven consecutive nights so that the spell will be broken.
