daily events. The Minor Arcana represent the interests,
activities and emotions that make up the dramas of everyday
life. There are 56 cards in the Minor Arcana divided into
four suits: Wands, Cups, Swords,
and Pentacles. Each of these events represents a
specific approach to life.

Wands are looking for creativity, action and movement. They are associated with qualities such as enthusiasm, adventure, risk taking and trust. This fact is consistent with the male principle or yang in Chinese philosophy and is associated with the element fire. The flickering flame is the perfect symbol of the strength of the rods. This energy flows out of passion and commitment.
Cups
Cups are looking for emotions and spiritual experiences. They describe the internal states, feelings and relationship patterns. The energy of these flows into dress. The cups are the yin, or feminine principle in Chinese philosophy and are associated with the element Water. The ability of water to flow and fill the spaces, to maintain and reflect the changing moods becomes the symbol of the ideal of Hearts demand.
Swords
Swords are the action of intelligence, of thought and reason. Refer to justice, truth and ethical principles. The swords are associated with the element air. A clear sky, open and full of light, is a symbol of mental clarity that is ideal Spades. This fact is also associated with the states that lead to discord and unhappiness. Our understanding is a valuable asset, but as an agent of the ego, can lead us astray, if not steeped in the wisdom of our inner guidance.
Pentacles
Pentacles are the suit of practicality, security and material interests. They are associated with the element earth and needs to work with the matter. In Pentacles, celebrate the beauty of nature, our interactions with plants and animals and our experiences in the physical body. Pentacles also represent prosperity and wealth of all kinds. Sometimes, this game is called the coin, an obvious symbol of the exchange of goods and services in the physical world.
Each minor Arcana suit has its own distinct quality. Our everyday experiences are a mixture of these four approaches. Tarot readings will show how to adapt to different energies are affecting your life at any given time.
The costumes are very structured and our letters every day with ten numbered cards (Ace - Ten) and four court cards (King, Queen, Knight, and Page). Each card has a role to play, showing how their energy is expressed in the world.
Aces

The Court Cards

The Queen is less concerned with results than with the pleasure of being in the world. It is associated with feelings, relationships and self-expression.
The Knight is an immature teenager. He can not talk with balance. Shakes wildly from one extreme to another, trying to relate successfully to their world. A gentleman is prone to excess, but also is enthusiastic and sincere, and these qualities will redeem him in our eyes. We admire your spirit and energy.
The Page is a playful child. It acts on the qualities of his suit with pleasure and abandonment. His approach may not be deep, but it's easy, loose and spontaneous. He is a symbol of adventure and possibility.
